Sick Committee

The emergency sick leave fund is a benefit provided by your union through member contributions. Each member’s application is dealt with individually in accordance with section 15 of the CUPE 382 bylaws.

The responsibility of this committee is to manage and distribute the emergency sick leave fund  for regular members in good standing. Also they will  provide information to individual members regarding the emergency sick bank , Joint Early Intervention Service (JEIS) and Long Term Disability (LTD).
