Three Trustees are elected for one, two, and three year terms.
The Trustees role is to audit the books and accounts of the Treasurer, Recording Secretary and the Standing Committees semi-annually. At the completion of an audit they report their findings at the following membership meeting. They are also responsible for ensuring that monies have been paid out with proper constitutional and membership authorization. Additionally, they inspect at least once a year any stocks, bonds, securities, office furniture and equipment, titles and deeds to property that at any time may be owned by the union Local, and report their findings to the membership.
